Another experience we remember, that was towards the end of out long visit on the island, was when Jack tortured us and forced us to tell him where Ralph was hiding. This day that we had to give up Ralph's hiding spot was not all that because we also got rescued that day from the islaand. We were rescued by a navel ship officer that was passing by.
Another bad experience that we had on the island was when Jack forced us to betray Ralph. He forced us to join his tribe and leave Ralph. The whole experience was not good. He beat and tortured us.
A while after being secluded on the island for a while, we got into our first fight since arriving on the island. Today, we cant even recall what we were fighting about. In that case, it must have been something silly.
When we first arrived on the island we were introduced to Piggy, a boy who was sure to ask and remember our names. It was very easy for Piggy to remember our names because we tended to speak in sinc.
One night that we will never forget is when Jack, held a feast and invited everyone who wished to join him and his tribe, could. At first we both wanted to stay with Ralph, Simon and Piggy, but we eventually we got bored and both decided to go and join Jack's tribe for the feast. That horrible night we got to witness the death of our gentle friend, Simon.
Hi I'm Sam, and I'm Eric and together were Samneric. We are young, identical twins, that most people would decribe as childish. Instead of tending to the signal fire like we were told, we would much rather just play on the beach with the rest of the littiuns.
Soon after we crashed onto the island we were assigned to keep the signal fire ablaze, in hopes of being rescued as soon as possible. At first we didn't mind tending to the fire, but eventually we got tired of keeping track of it and just gave up.
A quote that Samneric said in the protest out of the heart of civilazation...
¨Oh, I say! -honestly!¨
