Connex System Quotes
Quote Log
New quote requests:
Solution Architects (SA) email Section A of the Customer Requirements Document (CRD and Budgetary Quoting Tool (BQT) to connexsystems@welchallyn.com.
The team tracks quote requests and orders in our quote log that is located on the CCSS Site.
Assignment of Quote Requests
Each SA is assigned a Customer Support Rep (CSR) from the Connex Quoting Team.

Completed quote requests
Once a quote is complete, it is emailed back to the SA and the WA sales rep if they were on the original request.
How are quotes fulfilled?

Quote to Order
Once the CRD is reviewed in its entirety, the quote is processed in SAP (VA21 T-Code).
A change request can be made by the SA and the WA Sales Rep (eg. contract change, material change, quantity change, expiration date).
The Connex Systems team will process the purchase orders in reference to the quote that was created.
