-She was given alcohol laced with Halcion; passes out.
-She is taken to Bernardo's place where he vaginally and anally rapes her. She wakes up nauseated, not realizing she had been raped.
-She is invited once again, in August to stay the night and again drugged, yet stops breathing (like Tammy). She does regain consciousness and is alive.

Paul beats Karla with a flashlight, leaving her with "raccoon-like" eyes and several deep bruises on her head and body. She goes to work and co-workers call her parents. She is taken to St. Catherine's Hospital where she gives a full statement to Niagara Regional Police and states she is a "battered spouse." She presses charges on Bernardo and moves in with her parents in Brampton, Ontario.
-Karla taints spaghetti sauce with Valium; serves to Tammy
-Sleeping pills were laced in a Rum-and-Eggnog concoction and served. This knocked out Tammy out within minutes.
-Karla pours Halothene in a cloth and covers it over Tammy's face.
-Paul then starts raping Tammy while Karla watches and records on tape.
-Tammy chokes on her own vomit, dies of suffocation.
-Death was ruled as accidental according to Niagara Coroner
-Mahaffey comes home from a friend's funeral; she is home late. Paul is creeping up on her; she asks for a cigarette, follows Paul to his car and she is blindfolded and taken away.
-She is repeatedly raped in Port Dalhousie by both Karla and Paul, all while being recorded.
-Cause of death: Strangulation. Her body was chopped up, post mortem, put in cement blocks and dropped off in Lake Gibson
