How will I know when I have succeeded?

  • Resistance that is open, politically-motivated, and self-centered starts to diminish.

  • Other change stakeholders begin to share your passion and the guiding coalition's passion for implementing the change effort.

"Whenever you let up before the job is done, critical momentum can be lost and regression may follow."
