The privileged and wealthy ate mostly meat which led to health problems due to lack of Vitamin C, Calcium, and fiber.
The two major religions were Protestant and Catholic. Beliefs and convictions in these religions were so strong that it led to executions.
The diet of a poor person was much healthier because they ate fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, dairy products, and a small portion of meat.

Common households usually only held the mother, father, and the children due to not having musch money to support a larger family,
1. Monarch: Ruler of the nation. At the top of the social pyramid. Born into this class.
3. Gentry: This class was made up of knights, gentleme,gentlewomen, and squires of the kingdom. Someone in a lower class could achieve a position in this class by becoming very wealthy.
Since the upper class was wealthy they got much more extravagant clothes, and meals, but this did not mean they led a healthier lifestyle. The wealthy were treated with more respect and took better care of their hair and hygiene because they had the money to do so.
2. Nobility: 2nd to the monarch. This class contained all the lords and ladies of the land.
4. Merchants: Merchants were prosperous and commonlyz made wealth through sales of wool, exotic goods, and other items of commerce.
Wealthy households sometimes would keep grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Wealthy households also included large staff that would stay in the house.

5. Yoeman: This class composed of citizens that only had just enough money to support their family. This class included farmers, tradesman, and craftsmen
Music: Songs would be played in fields and villages for the working lower class. Also, because all Elizabethans went to church on Sunday, hymns and secular songs became popular.
6. Laborers: This class contained carpenters, shoemakers, peasants, those who didn't own land, and other positions. people in this class usually didn't have enough money to support a family.
There were many jobs in Elizabethan England such as artists, cooks, butlers, and blacksmiths. The upper class did not work with their hands. Middle class may have done some jobs with their hands. The lower class did most to all jobs with physical labor or some job with their hands.
Art: Elizabethans liked portraits especially Queen Elizabeth. Art portrayed elegance, power, and wealth. Nobility in flamboyant and luxorious costumes would be portrayed in full-length and large-scale paintings.
