There is a similar structure between the Honey theory and the Tuckman theory as they both as have 5 stages. Also there is a differences that is the Honey theory focues of different types of people in a team where as the tuckman focuses more on the development.

the leader who ensures that the team has clear objectives and makes sure everyone involved committed.

The ‘Doer’ who urges the team to get on with the job in hand and does practical tasks

In the army, there are big teams which are made up of all different types of people including a leader, challenger, doer, thinker and supporter.
