Shenism is extremely diverse, with many roots and branches (subcategories)

-Taoism: belief in finding peace and harmony with the Tao

-Confuscianism: Based on the teachings of the Confuscius the philospher, the Five Classics are the main texts

-Yiguandao: Worship of of the Divine mother, Belief in the cosmos being seperated into three Planes of existance

-Xiantiandao: Overall same beliefs as Yiguandao, only much more conservative in ancestral rites and preaching
