Summary
Their was a boy named Samuel who's Mother and Father died and his Mother was the only one who cared for him.His Mother worked herself to death and she had a locket.Samuel knew the locket was hers and it was in the pawnshop so he went into the pawnshop and stole it back.So he has to go to Virginia thats when he meets Reverend Hunt,Captain Smith,Captain Wingfield, and other people on the ships.
Character Traits
Namontack is a nice and helpful person beacause he always helps Samuel and he always talks about his tribe.Namontack has to learn from ReverendHunt to be a christin beacuse Rev.Hunt wants him to be and he wants him to stop talking about the wrong things about God.

Namontack is a Algonquian indian.when the colony burned down Namontack was traded for Thomas because Pocahontas helped them so he got traded.Since he was traded he is Samuels new tent mate.Namontack is 14 years old so he was still learning English words.And now since Namontack is their he could help them

The problem in the story was that samuel stole a locket that belongs to his mother.The solution is that he is trying to move to virginia.
2nd Problem
The main idea is that Samuel moves to Virginia and meets alot of people who are part of an indian tribe.captain smith was captured when they didn't really get along.captain smith was not captured for a while now.after a few days the village burns down that's when they meet Pocahontas and namontack.namontack is sent their to help them an Pocahontas saved captain smith and she also helps them with every thing to now.But after all of that Samuel moves to Virginia and soon he visits Jamestown early in the story.
Cause an Effect
the 2nd problem is that when he met all the people samuel was not in is tent and he was trying to get to it he heard a noise so once he got into his tent the indians attacked so james thought he could hurry to the ships but he didn't and the indians shot him so he died.so when samuel saw him he thought it was his fault so he learned hot to be more nice.
The cause and effect of the story is at first samuel stole a locket that belong to his mother(cause).The effect was that since he did that he has to move to virginia.Thats were he meets namontack but his in jamestown when he meets him.
