Roy Lee "Rocky Dennis" was born on December 4,1961. His parents were Florence "Rusty" Tullis
Roy Dennis. Rocky was an American boy but at the age of four everything changed he was diagnosed with craniodiaphyseal dysplasia, an extremley rare sclerotic bone disorder.
