in the mans house/ apartment doesn't say in the story. Around 9:00 pm at night.
In the story it doesn't give much description to the characters but what I did find out about the protagonist and the antagonist is that, the protag was extremely angry and frustrated about his girlfriend/ antag cheating on him.
In the story, the author has just gone through a recent breakup and is trying to release some of his frustrations about it by writing a short story, but writers block turns out to be getting in the way.
The story was vary interesting and entertaining, it had a smooth flow to it which is very important in a story like this while still keeping the main plot in mind. Throughout the story it gives you hints to what happened to him and what he thinks about his girlfriend cheating on him. The short story depicts him talking to himself while in the process of writing the story, but later on, the story hints to another character, making you think that he might not be talking to himself, but to someone else.
the mood and tone of the story was built up of anger, confusion, frustration, and terror.
