What Is Our Myth About?

A man named Anansi who killed his kings finest ram. Anansi tried to hide what he had done by tying the ram to a nut tree. He would be punished for killing the ram, but he told the king it wasn't him, he blamed it on the spider. The king was going to reward Anansi when Anansi accidentally admitted to killing the ram and the king was so furious that he kicked Anansi so hard that he split into two and turned into a spider.
