Curt Gielow! He is the one that runs this city. He is also the Dean of the School of Pharmacy.

Traffic! The expansion committee is concerned about the flow of cars as the campus becomes more prominent in the City of Mequon.

What invasive species will begin appearing if more roads are built?
30 years! Concordia must make a plan for 30 years into the future, called a Planned Unit Development, in order to appease the board of the City of Mequon.
