On the "Work Order Check-In" screen:

-Select the 'Future Bill' radio button.

-Enter your installer number (9464 during training)

-Select the appropriate Solution Code. For a Future Bill work order, the Solution Code is 76.

-Hit 'Enter.' This will take you to Task 06 (Customer Equipment), signifying that the order has been entered completely.

On the "Statement Address Maintenance" screen, verify that the customer would like their final statement mailed to the same address as their previous statements.

-If they say 'yes,' enter the letter 'N' in the "Fwd Add" field, then hit "Enter."

-If they say 'no,' enter the letter 'Y' in the "Fwd Add" field, then enter the new mailing address in the appropriate fields. Then press "Enter."

On Task 43:

-Verify that all codes and information have been entered correctly.

-Confirm customer's prorate information

-Hit "Enter" to allow ICOMS to check the order for errors and/or conflicts.

-When "No Errors Found" is displayed, press "Enter" to continue through to the next screen.

On Task 41:

-Set the prorate date and Stop Bill date to 12 days out

-This is the default setting. If the customer requests, this date can be set for any day up to 30 days in the future.

-Select the disconnect reason, using the disconnect reason codes lists found on KEY.

-Check the "Office Only" box.

-Enter a work order comment. This does not need to be in the same CCI...xyz format as the comments entered on Task 15 (Customer Comments).

-Hit 'Enter.' On the 'Order Type' menu that pops up, select the "Disconnect" option, then click 'Select.' This will take you to Task 43 (Order Summary).

-Open a disconnect work order using Task 61 (Requested Disconnect).

-Hit Enter until the 'Disconnect by Category' screen is displayed.

-On this screen, click the "Select All" option in the menu on the left. You will then be taken automatically to Task 41 (One-Time Charges)
