Class as a Model
Class Set Up
- 10-15 students enroll every semester
- Draw students from every college, different majors
- Serve as a link between local organizations and Xavier students/ classes
- Serve as the student liaisons between Xavier University and the surrounding communities
- Students begin by creating a charter/ goals for the semester
- Engage with local organizations to identify needs
- Network around the University to access strengths and opportunities
- Meet regularly throughout the week for updates

- Will is overwhelmed and working 80-90 hours per week, so he does not have time to work on expanding his business, family life, etc.
- Tried to determine what current customer base is in order to create strategy to attract more of same type of customers.
- Created surveys and distributed them to customers.
