Demonstration
Competency-Based Training Delivery - is a kind of delivery where students undergo training at their own pace.
Trainee/Student who satisfactorily completed and performed all the competencies will be given National Certificate (NC). While, those who have not completed the full qualification will be given certificate of Competency (COC).

How is the training conducted
The
Tanza National Trade
School became an Accredited
Assessment Center on November 2015.
The Institution has to comply with the standard
in the operation of the program. To meet the
criteria set for the Training Level and Accreditation
of the Faculty specifically in the Vocational Department, the Institution in coordination with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) initiated the Skills Enhancement Training for Tech-Voc Teachers in Instruction and Assessment. The training specifically aimed to:

It covers the following: prepare training facilities, conduct pre-assessment, facilitate training sessions, conduct competency assessment (formative), and review and adjust delivery of training session as required.

As a whole, the
NTTC-TM1 objectives are:

1. To effectively implement the Philippine
National TVET Trainer's Certification
Framework (NTTC);
2. To deliver trainers' training programs and award
qualifications (TQ) in training methodology (TM);
3. To ensure that NTTC trainers attain appropriate
trade qualifications (NC) under the Philippine
TVET Qualifications Framework (PTQF);
4. To deliver assessor's training programs and award
qualifications (AQ) in trainers methodology (TM);
5. To qualify teachers involved in the delivery of
ladderized programs (K to 12 Program) in
education institutions;
6. To create the necessary trainers and
assessors backbone that will ensure
the effective implementation of the

The training had two major parts:
30 Days - Training Sessions
42 Hours - Conduct Assessment
Basically, the NTTC-TM1
Program is required to:

Involve a series of activities that includes competency assessment of trainers to enable
them to earn appropriate trade qualifications
under the principle that trainers must have trade qualifications one level higher than the program levels that they handle;

Provide trainers with training methodology as a requisite for the award of trainer's qualification;

Equip trainers not only for institutional assessment requirements but also to qualify them as
accredited national competency assessors
through comprehensive training in
