Types of Baleadas
- 4 cups of Wheat Flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon (pinch) of salt
- Crumbled queso duro, cotija or feta cheese
- 1/2 cup of h2o,warm milk or coconut milk
- eggs scrambled
- 6 table spoons of butter
- can of re-fried beans
Optional:
- beef
- chicken
- bacon
- ground beef
- avocados
- tomatoes
- onions
- green pepper
- salsa
- jalapeños,
- sausage
- pork
Simple baleada – flour tortilla, refried beans, cream and cheese.
Special baleadas – simple plus scrambled eggs, cream and cheese.
Super special baleadas -scrambled eggs, chicken and ground meat or sausage.
add anything for taste like onions, avocado, chili peppers, etc
