Types of Baleadas

  • 4 cups of Wheat Flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon (pinch) of salt
  • Crumbled queso duro, cotija or feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of h2o,warm milk or coconut milk
  • eggs scrambled
  • 6 table spoons of butter
  • can of re-fried beans

Optional:

  • beef
  • chicken
  • bacon
  • ground beef
  • avocados
  • tomatoes
  • onions
  • green pepper
  • salsa
  • jalapeños,
  • sausage
  • pork

Simple baleada – flour tortilla, refried beans, cream and cheese.

Special baleadas – simple plus scrambled eggs, cream and cheese.

Super special baleadas -scrambled eggs, chicken and ground meat or sausage.

add anything for taste like onions, avocado, chili peppers, etc
