Ingredients
1 bowl of rice
6 sheets of lettuce
1/2 cucumber
1 mushroom
1/4 carrot
1/4 zucchini
Sauce
2.5t chilli paste
1t soy sauce
3t water
1t olive oil
0.5t minced garlic
1. wash lettuce first and then soak them in cold water
2. slice cucumber and soak them in saltwater
3. thinly slice carrot, zucchini, lettuce and separate mushrooms into pieces.
4. Fry carrot, zucchini and mushroom with salt
5. drain the cucumber and and fry them on high heat
6. place the vegetable in a bowl
7. prepare the sauce by mixing them in a bowl
8. place the rice in a bowl and add the vegetable. And then add chili paste.
9. add a small amount of sesame oil to enhance the flavor.
