Batman Begins (2005)

New Origins

Batman Begins is the first entry in the Christopher Nolan Series as well as the first one of the twenty first century.

Introduction

We believe that Batman is one of the best superheroes out there, mainly because of his wisdom and strength, not only to fight crime, but also to fight his human urges and temptations that every person can relate to.

This presentation will explore every facet that makes Bruce Wayne a superhero, through both his internal and external struggles. There is a common theme throughout the movies of internal conflict, and as the films progress, it will become more realistic in the Christopher Nolan films.

The Dark Knight Rises (2011)

A Fitting End

A dramatic and fitting end to the three part series by Nolan. Wraps up the storyline, as well as leaving some open for fan speculation. Really delves into the good v.s. evil and what one must do to overcome such an evil power such as bane.

The Dark Knight (2008)

Pure Anarchy

The Dark Knight takes this franchise to new heights and is darker than any batman movie before.

Batman

Poison Ivy is obsessed with defeating humankind in order to allow her plants to live in peace. Her stunning beauty loures in men, like a venus fly trap. She is accompanied by her burly pet, Bane.

Mr. Freeze is on a mission to find a cure to the disease that killed his wife. Freeze is ready to freeze anyone who stands in his way.

A team of three new villains try to overtake Gotham city, and eventually the world.

First Batman Movie

Reviews are unfortunately bleak, it received an 11% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Batman and Robin is the fourth Batman movie made

Batman and Robin (1997)

Alfred has caught the same disease as Mr. Freeze' wife, but in typical superhero fashion, the three heroes are able to defeat the villains and save Alfred's life just in the nick of time.

Batman

A dynamic team of three face off against three seemingly unstoppable villains.

Alongside Batman and Robin, there's a new addition, Batgirl.

This Trailer gives a nice impression to what the movie is like.

Plot

Bruce Wayne witnessed his parent's getting murdered as a child, which drives him to fight crime in Gotham City disguised as Batman. A madman named Joker has control of Gotham's criminals. Batman faces this villian while protecting his love interest, reporter Vicki Vale.

Keaton as Batman has little to no personality to the character

Nicholson does a decent job as the Joker, but he came off as too goofy

Batman

The Movie received a 72% on Rotten Tomatoes

Riddler: Jim Carrey

Batman: Val Kilmer

The Riddler is a scientist that once worked at Bruce’s company Wayne Enterprises creates a machine that manipulate human brain waves and transfers it to his brain. Dr. Chase Meridian, a psychologist, played by Nicole Kidman has been sent to Gotham to study the criminals and she also is Batman’s new love interest which she later finds out is actually Bruce Wayne. Robin played by Chris O’Donnell loses his family because of Two Faces attacks and is taken in by Bruce and to be trained to help him defeat Two Face and The Riddler.

Plot

Director: Joel Schumacher

Batman Forever

Here is the trailer voiced by Peter Cullen, aka Optimus Prime

Trailer

Here is a clip that shows some non-action scenes from the movie. My favorite scene is when Robin steals the Batmobile and Afred tell Bruce through what appears to be an Apple Watch?

Movie Clip

Batman Forever (1995)

Jim Carrey makes the Riddler very comedic, perhaps too comic that it takes away from the film.

Val Kilmer as Batman is very similar to Michael Keaton in thathe is very plain

The Budget was $100 million

and grossed over $184 million.

This movie was received poorly and scored a 41% on Rotten Tomatoes and 51% on Metacritic
