They made it all the way to state

Just because the grass is greener, it doesn't mean its better.
The Theater
A day for death
I was dragged to the theater to watch a movie of gore
It was such a bore
Each part was making me think ''I cannot take this anymore''
So finally I got up and yelled ''No more''
And sprinted straight for the door
But I was feelin' kind've hungry so I headed for Mrs. Blueberry McGoogles candy store.
As I passed the isles, I spotted my favorite, candy corn
But then I saw mother's angry face enter and I felt her rage down to the core
Then I was relieved to find that the only thing done to me was taking away my PS4
So you can avoid this forever more
Sit through a movie you don't like
Death is all the rage today.
My pet got sent to farm, far away.
My granny was greeted by sharks at the bay.
And my cousin fought a dragon but instead he got slayed.
But the good thing is, I didn't like them anyway.
