Isaiah
Isaiah is first mentioned in 2 Kings 19:2 after the taunting in 2 Kings 18:17-37.
In 2 Kings the narrative of the reign of *Hezekiah gives little attention to religious reforms (simply summarized in 2 Kings 18:4 and mentioned in the Assyrian Rabshakeh’s taunt in 2 Kings 18:22).
The focus is the *Assyrian attacks on Judah and the siege of Jerusalem, with Hezekiah’s response to the attacker’s arguments (2 Kings 18—19). 2 Kings 20 narrates Hezekiah’s illness and the visit of envoys from Babylon.
Not only is the Hezekiah narrative unique in having Isaiah involved in both words and actions, but also the text is almost identical in Isaiah 36—39.
