Be Mindful....

Take a second to think about the most common experiences that cause you stress when it comes to technology.

Signs & Symptoms

Technostress hits us on an emotional level, and emotions control our hormones through biochemical changes in the brain. Stress depletes both the mind and body, and hinders their ability to perform efficiently.

Identify your Stressors

Some things that come to mind:
