Lack of Funding

Child Labor

  • Many things having to do with education had to be cut back because they couldn't find the money.
  • The were really suffering, some would try to help but nothing would really help, so many schools had to cut down on costs, classes, jobs or some would shut down.
  • The money that the government provided didn't help completely, students and teachers had to adjust alot
  • for this reason alot of schools had hard times keeping good statuses and providing good educations
  • Most kids associated with an agricultural family did not get the proper education because it was more economical for all the kids work on the farm.
  • More than 23, 000 kids dropped out of school to travel the world to look for jobs.
  • There were laws such as "the fair labor standards act" put against child labor because people thought it was wrong that kids had to work, so this put limits on age and hours.

The main reasons that people had trouble getting educations
