-When religions discriminate against women.

-Began with generational practices long ago.

- Created problems for women and alienated them

- This causes problems for young girls

- Are more likely to be assaulted

- Have become sexualized

- Condemned for wearing certain clothing

- Women weren't allowed to participate in religious practice

- Women used to be stoned for not being modest over religious standard

- Women were not allowed to be preachers
