introduction

for this unit our assignment is

to analysis our set to suggest areas of strengths, improvements and recommendations for the future. Whenever we analysis our own performance, we should also look at, and compare our-self to an elite athlete.

Introduction

Preparation

-First you have to move towards the ball

- then you have to get into your ready Position

- make sure that your shoulders is facing the person you want to pass to

-You have to make sure that your feet is shoulders length apart

- Bend your arms legs and hips

-Hold your hands 15-20cm above your forehead

- your hand have to be in front of your forehead

-shape a diamond with your hands, and make sure to look through the small window that the diamond is making

-look at the ball at it's lower half

-Make sure that the ball touches your upper two joints of your fingers and your thumb

-spread your legs and face towards the where you want the ball to go towards

-Push the ball up or toward your target

-Bend your knees to put power or weight on the ball to move

-Push the ball towards the person or dieraction

-face to the dieraction you want to pass the ball towards

-make sure to change position when the ball is coming to your dieraction ones you hit the ball get back to your ready position so you can be ready just in case the comes towards you again

How i can improve ?

I can improve by Practicing more of Bumping and setting, i can also try to improve on my position so i can bump or sett the ball nicely so it goes to the correct way
