THE LIFE OF JULIUS CAESAR
CAESAR IS DEAD!
Quote: "Not that I loved Caesar less, but that I loved Rome more." ~Brutus
July 13, 100 BC - March 15, 44 BC
Although Julius Caesar’s life was cut short, his impact on Rome will live on forever. Caesar was a very humble and noble man who cared for Rome and the people of Rome. He refused the crown three times and in his will he left all his land to the people. There will never be another man like him, and Caesar will be dearly missed by Rome.

The Gladiator Games: Two nights ago in the Grand Colosseum, two gladiators went into the arena itching to claim victory. The defending champion went into the battle with much confidence while the underdog was feeling the pressure. It was a long match but in the end, the underdog claimed the title. Some say it was the champs overconfidence that lost him the battle, but others believe that it was time for the underdog to shine over the rest.
INTERVIEW: CASSIUS
Q: What mistakes did Brutus make during the funeral?
A: There were a few mistakes in Brutus's plan, but the main one being that he let Antony speak after him. By letting him speak after, Brutus allowed Antony to sway the crowd against us. If Brutus had spoke last, the crowd would have been on our side.
INTERVIEW: ANTONY
Q: Knowing why Brutus killed Caesar, do you believe it was the right decision?
A: Brutus killed Caesar because of his ambition, ambition that did not exist. Caesar refused to take the crown after I had offered it to him three times. For this he is not ambitious, and Brutus was wrong in killing him.
Q: What do you plan to do to Brutus and the Conspirators?
A: I will avenge Caesar for what these men have done, and I will leave it at that.
INTERVIEW: BRUTUS
Q: If you really loved Caesar, why did you kill him?
A: I really did love Caesar; he was my friend. He was a very honorable man, but he was too ambitious. I knew that his ambition would lead to the downfall of Rome, so I had to kill him.
Q: What is your plan now that you have killed Caesar and the people of rome are against you?
A: To start off, It is unfortunate that the people of Rome could not see that my act was for their own benefit, but now I must move on and try to protect myself and my fellow conspirators from the enemy.
