Rounding

Line up numbers underneath each other, making sure the decimal is in the same row

Check the number you are rounding and then the number behind it

Remove any digits that are behind the digit you rounded

If the number behind it is less than 5 then keep the digit you wish to round the same, if the number behind it is 5 or more than increase the digit you wish to round by one

Subtract the numbers

Add the numbers

Keep the decimal in the same row in the answer

Decimals

First, do the multiplication without decimal point

The second number must be a whole number so times it by 10, 100, 1000...

Division

Times the first number by what you times the second number behind (E.G.: if you times the second number by 10 you would times the first number by 10)

Multiplication

Count how many decimal places were in the question

E.G. 2.154 has 3 decimal places and is an terminating decimal

E.G. 3.333... has infinite decimal places and is a reoccurring decimal

Move the decimal place that many places to the left in the answer

Now divide the two new numbers for your answer

Terminating decimals are decimals that end and have a certain amount of decimal places

reoccurring decimals are decimals with infinite decimal places that is/are the same number/s
