OBJECTIVE
To observe the physical conditions and current practices in all areas of the employment site, then to form a view of how they measure up to applicable codes of conduct/workplace standards, legal and regulatory requirements and any other requirements.

(Facility Organization; Facility Capacity; Facility working conditions and Instructions; Production equipment; Warehouses & Inventory; Production Samples)

Be familiar with the layout of the site and operations on-site and verify that access is available to all areas
1.
Upon permisson, take photographs of physical conditions, practices and processes by more focusing on NC issues
2.
Take a note as needed for those require further clarification and verification
3.
Hold informal on spot interviews as needed with workers and management staff for the purpose of information gathering
4.
Review and cross check onsite documentation that is only accessible on a walkthrough, such as maintenance records, production records etc.
5.
Select workers as needed for separate formal interviews without management
present later
6.
Triangulates information from interviews, documentation review and observation to
draw conclusions regarding activities at the facility
