The Objective: Marry the splendor of Vegas with the sophistication of the Elevate conference brand that the RJFS community already knows well and loves.

A storyboard was quickly created for executing this look across all corners of a very large venue, the luxurious Aria Resort. From high-impact graphic clings to large-scale 3D models of famous Vegas landmarks, the result was an eye-popping expression of immersive event design.

Known for using technology to excite and enliven,

this year’s event did not disappoint. AGS helped deploy state-of-the-art tools, including a new event app, that kept participants informed and engaged before and during the conference

Two large walls grabbed extra attention in the technology center. One was a beautifully-crafted demo station highlighting RJFS’s new suite of financial tools — the other a striking “appreciation” mosaic wall that encouraged attendees to playfully interact with their names.

The task was to recreate the splendor of Vegas inside the conference hall, injecting a neon-inspired tableau of the city’s famed replicas of the world’s most popular architectural wonders.

A large 9-meter wall celebrated company leaders in style. Constructed out of multi-dimensional graphics featuring several unique details that stopped participants in their tracks

We created an event people will remember by creating situations where attendees encountered the bold,.the beautiful and sometimes the unexpected.

We used art to bring out their playful sides and created opportunities for them to experience and share unique content.

From intimate stage sets for speakers like Jason Silva and ZAPPOS CEO, Tony Hseih, to selfie stages that were all the rage, we built a personalized space that the entire RJFS community responded to and, in the end, came to truly care about.
