This activity will allow my students to see that we can have teamwork in our classroom. Each student will create their own hand from tracing their own. They will each decorate their own hands the way that they would like. After everyone is finished with their hands, they will have the opportunity to tell the class what they put on their hands. Once everyone is done with their hands we will hang the hands up on the teamwork tree in the classroom.
Our class is a team and the tree will remind us that we can trust each other and know that we will each be there for each other when we need help.
