Social Science Issue

Social media has become a form of addiction causing possible long term issues.

Issues such as depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts (Chancellor & Choudhury, 2020).

It has been proved by Yubo Hou that self-esteem is negatively affected.

Investigating this issue is important because of the issues it can have on young adults.

The issue is problematic and a form of addiction.

It is important to recognize the issue as a result of social norms.

Parents, young adults, and teenagers are the affected group of people.

They would all benefit the most from the information. They would benefit in many different ways.

I wanted to know if social media was a leading cause for mental health issues.

There is a high rate of mental health in young adults.
