There is not any ideal time to quit an enjoyable negative impact habit. Keep these things in mind as you think about your personal start date for quitting:

  • The sooner you quit the easier and more simple it is to achieve your positive impact goal.

  • Your body is in an active growing stage. Quitting now rather than later takes advantage of your active growth. Your former health can be quickly restored by paying attention now to building

  • Quitting a negative impact habit sooner rather than later reduces the long term effects of that habit and gives your body time and space to recover completely.
  • Quitting before this becomes a lifestyle habit will help you avoid entering the gateway to other more harmful negative impact behaviors and substances.

  • Quitting allows you to bring others along in helping them create positive impact goals!

Continuing a negative impact habit isn't a decision to remain as you are. It is a decision to walk toward worse.

Over time your body will acclimate to the level of nicotine and you will need more in order to feel the same results.

eventually others will know that you have a negative habit. what kinds of negative repercussions could happen in your life should others realize you vape? parents on your case? loss of sports eligibility?

Your body will experience the compounding effects of your negative impact habit. you will find that on top of the headache, sore throat, thirst, breathing issues you will get problems on top of those- including cardiovascular and memory problems.
