Narvacan is 375 kilometers (233 mi) from Metro Manila and 32 kilometres (20 mi) from Vigan City, the provincial capital.

Narvacan is politically subdivided into 34 barangays. Including Barangay San Pedro.

The Brgy, San Pedro was named after Saint Peter also known as Peter the Apostle, Peter the Rock, Simon Peter, Simeon, Simon, or Cephas, was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ, and one of the first leaders of the early Church.

San Pedro is one of the Barangay found among the adjacent barangay, North of Nanguneg, South of Paratong, West of San Antonio, and East of China. San Pedro has a total land area of 124.77 hectares with a total population of 2,037 individuals and a total of 575 households composed of 724 families.

Fishing and farming are the means of living of our Barangay folks.
