Ways to Manage Time

2

- Motivation is the driving force that helps students overcome obstacles and achieve their academic goals.

- Motivated students are more likely to stay focused on their studies, be more persistent, and have a greater sense of self-efficacy.

-Students also tend to be more engaged in their learning, more willing to take risks, and more open to feedback.

Importance of Motivation

Personal Experience

- In our personal experience, motivation has been the key factor that drives us towards our goal.

- When motivated, we are focused and productive. However, when motivation is low, we find it hard to concentrate on our studies.

-An example of this is, when we wouldn't bother going to class (online school) because we could just go back to sleep. Now that we have gotten motivated for school again, we feel more excited to learn new things that’ll end up benefiting us in the future.

Ways to feel more motivated in school

Methods to feel more motivated

- Set clear and achievable goals

-Break down larger goals into smaller ones and work consistently to achieve them

-Take breaks and reward yourself

- Seek support, don't be afraid to reach out to friends/family/peers

- A support system can provide students with guidance and assistance in managing their time and responsibilities effectively.

- A support system can provide students with guidance and encouragement to pursue their interests, try new things, and take on new challenges.
