Gemstones can form many different ways but this is one of them.Gemstones form in something called a mantle.Crystals form in a magma.A mantle is 20 to 55 miles deep.Igneous rock is molten magma on Earth's Surface.Mostly all gemstones are formed beneath Earth's Surface.The process involves the creation of different stones.Most stones are formed when minerals react with the water that is near Earth's Surface.
