Learning
Before I can become a manager I have to learn all the critiques of baseball. I have to learn all the rules and be able to know what to do in every situation.
Even though you might say a manager doesn't need practice you are wrong. Maybe managers themselves aren't practicing, but they need practice with their team. A manager needs to know his team and what they can do and that takes practice.
In this picture Jeff Banister is at practice with his team.

Before a manager can go straight to the bigs he needs experience. Usually what happens is a manager will start in the minors with the younger teams to get a grip on managing. Once, the manager at the bigs retires the manager in the minors with experience will get the job.
Even though you might think a manager alays has fun that's not true. A manager has a hard job, but making fun out of the job is what makes it cool. One person that I look up to, Jeff Banister, expresses himself, but you can always see him having fun on and off the field.

It will take several years to accomplish because I have to have expeience and be able to know what to do in any situation.
I might face challenges of competition of other people who want to be a manager.
I want to manage in the MLB not only will it be a great experience, but it would be super fun.
