About Me
Hello, My name is Kayla. I am running for morning main class representative. I was previously enrolled at Cedar Crest College where I was an active member of the SNAP organization. Being apart of the SNAP organization further made me realize why I wanted to become a nurse. During the time my great grandmother was sick, I took the responsibility of helping her in her last couple of years. During that time, it made me realize that I wanted to extend my help to others in need by becoming a care giver. I have a very caring personality and I am always trying to do whatever I can to help others. With that being said, It would only make sense that I would become a nurse and help make a difference, even if its only one person. I hope we all will be able to formally meet next semester in class or clinical!

Why I want to be a Class Rep
The reason why I want to be a class rep is because I know am a great communicator, listener and advocate for the nursing body. I have a strong interest in SNAP and I know that I will do everything I can to try to make it so other students can have a great experience.I also want to do my part in the organization and help keep it running by encouraging participants and participating in current fundraisers and events that take place.

Goals of being a Class Rep
- Encourage members of SNAP and other students to become active and praticipate in events and fundraisers
- Enourage students to join the SNAP community
- Be an advocate for my peers and make sure all of their thoughts, ideas, concerns, and questions are all heard and/or answered and share the current events in SNAP
- Keep SNAP a strong community for nurses
- assist the vice president and the president in reaching out to the nursing body and telling them new things that are taking place in SNAP
