Why?
Giant Pandas are endangered because of deforestation in their homes. They are also left with no food! (bamboo)

The Giant Pandas live in the wild in China in the romote mountains the can also live in Central Africa.

A panda's daily diet is almost entirely made of the leaves, stems and shoots of various bamboo species. Bamboo contains very little nutritional value so pandas must eat 12-38kg every day to meet their energy needs. but they do eat other things, with about 1% of their diet including other plants and even meat.

You prbally knew this but we put pandas in zoos most zoos are nice for pandas and breed them to get their population back but some just have them for the looks!
