A solid is one of the three states of matter. A solid can be formed by a liquid or a gas. The molecules that make up a solid is are made up together and are tightly held together but also it can vibrate or move slightly.
A liquid is also one of the three main state of matter. Liquid is the intermediate between a solid and a gas. The molecules that ake up a liqui can move freely and easily around places but attracting molecules is what makes the molecules from flying in different directions.
A gas is the last state of the 3 states of matter. It has no defined shape or size. There is also many examples of gases the few of the most popular gases are oxygen, air and nitrogen. The molecules that build up gas is very loose and fly apart. The atractive molecules are not too strong to hold them together.
True Or False:

3 Poems About the changing of Matter
1. Solid
A solid is a solid
It is easy to be spotted
Some people call it a squalid
sometimes it may be dotted
Liquid
A liquid is a liquid
As you may have predicted
It goes with a flow
Well... Sometimes it may be slow
Gas
A gas is a Gas
It is impossible to see
It does not have a mass
but remember it is a part of the three
I think that if solubilty and density were not found today many hings like tea, lemonade, etc. would not be discovered because it is all solute which means mixes with water. When a substance completely mixes with a iquid it is called a soluble substance also know a solubilty. Some soluble substances are sugar, salt and lemon juice. If we put sand, rocks or oil we find that it is not soluble. When you put too much sugar or alt n a glass and stir you will find that at one point the sugar stops mixing wth the water such is called saturated solution, So the world today would be very very different to what it is today because if nothing mixed with water and other liquids then we would not have many things that we drink.
