At Panera was able to find an outlet for my creativity with opportunities drive change from within.

Bakery 2.0

Craft Soda

CVS

Retail Pharmacy Brand

From all past experiences I have learned…

It can be difficult to scale businesses & many will fail

It will be fun, it will be creative, it will be hard

We can reduce risk of failure through flexing creative and analytical skills

Do customer research but that is not enough

Do financial modelling to understand business case but realize there is more than numbers

Put your best foot forward and get idea into pilot to validate

I appreciate your consideration…
