To develop a healthy and thriving region through collaborative planning, community action, and policy advocacy.
Purpose
The Camp Fire Collaborative unites community partners to strengthen, align, and facilitate their unique contribution so that a healthy and vibrant region emerges through the recovery effort.
Region
Tri-County region of Butte, Glenn, and Tehama Counties
Butte County is the primary focus.
By June 2020, CFC will develop a shared DCM database and hire the DCM Systems Facilitator to manage and maintain it.
By June 2020, CFC will develop a Communications Plan (both internal & external).
By August 2020, each CFC committee will establish collective annual goals informed by survivor needs data.
By September 2020, CFC will develop a Fundraising Plan (to include: collaborative fundraising priority projects/initiatives, goals, etc.)
By December 2020, CFC Council of Chairs will develop 5 and 10-year Strategic Plans.
* Timing depends on factors such as: when the COVID-19 “Stay at Home” order is lifted and when the CBDG-DR Action Plan is approved and funds are allocated.
Provide regular reports (using aggregate data) to each CFC committee on the unmet needs of survivors in the DCM database (e.g. housing, employment, health and well being)
Each committee develops a comprehensive action plan to address the identified unmet needs and assist in meeting a collective annual goal
Implement a comprehensive Communications Plan including: social media, website, event calendar, quarterly e-newsletters, etc.
Provide trainings to staff and committee chairs on collaborative facilitation.
Coordinates and facilitates the development of trauma informed mental and physical health resources
Coordinates and facilitates the development of spiritual and emotional wellness resources
Coordinates and facilitates economic and workforce capacity
Coordinates and facilitates volunteer organizations engaging with recovery efforts
Coordinates and facilitates the development of a broad spectrum of housing
Coordinates and facilitates the procurement and distribution of hard good materials and recovery donations
Coordinates direct support for survivors’ unmet needs
Develops Survivor Long Term Recovery Plans
Provides CFC Unmet Needs Roundtable and committees data to inform action plans
Coordinates and facilitates direct support for survivor rebuild projects informed by the Unmet Needs Roundtable
