Summit K-12

Summit K-12 is an online program focusing on the 4 domains of Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. This program offers a wide variety for students to develop proficiency in the English language. Each component provides mini lessons that are aligned with TEKS and help prepare students for STAAR and TELPAS.

  • Focuses on Reading/Writing and Listening/Speaking domains
  • Assesments create Personalized Learning Plans (PLP) for each individual student
  • Type 3 Constructed Response (CR) items included in R-W PLP #3
  • TELPAS Writing Rubrics embedded into the CR items
  • 1,000+ New Model Exemplar recordings for Speaking items
  • Reading TEIs (Technology Enhanced Items) now included in Personalized Learning Plans (PLPs) Ex. text dropdown menus, drag and drop, multiple selection, label an image, etc.
