Focus on refining and streamlining current service and leverage Blackpool's progress within North West region to influence other centres and develop P2P activities.
- Learnings from FY24 with JCUH visit support given to Blackpool and working with Rachel. BVH now : 1 advanced nurse practitioner and 1 specialty nurse seeing patients independently & 3 other arrhythmia nurses who are seeing patients with direct supervision.

- Continue to Leverage Stoke's progress within region and national to influence other centres and develop P2P activities.
- Working with Stoke on 'Gapless' ECG and service adaptations to decrease the time from Stroke index to ILR (< 4 days ) - Short & Long term plan to manage this whilst balancing need for research.
- Short term - Direct referral from Indira to Ash or Vince and they will list within days.
-Long term - half days Mon , Wed , Fri one dedicated person to identify Stroke pts 9am. Tues &Thurs continues as elective list.
- AI on LINQ to solidify trust in technology and build upon LINQ II future use.
- Preston - COE Meeting impact. Monthly meeting with Stroke , Bus Manager , Cardiology. Stroke doing Audit . Pathway - Patches then list for ILR . Policy being written and Stokes inc/excl criteria being used.

To allow Stroke referrals at Preston to start - NPI and OOL needs to happen but projects simultaneously running and monthly calls with the business manager are giving time to this.
Anna has been identified and the training is due to start.
Next step is FocusOn 3 month trial which Physiologists are keen to try.
- Fairfield Hospital - OOL and increasing NPI to physiologists at Oldham site. This needs to happen first before Stroke referrals and Sohaib is keen to implement Physiologist led implants
- Explant course - Physiologists learning to explant is a key driver for Sohaib.

- Wigan - No budget for LINQ & Focus On to continue - Need to support time savings and economic value.
- Salford Royal - FocusOn trial about to start , training done and discussions about transitioning retrospective on LINQ2 ( Financial Challenge) Cost calculator , revenue generation for the department for follow ups and implant / explant.
