How to make chicken bread

Introduction

Hi,today I am master chef and I will be teaching you how to make chicken bread

Ingredients

Ingredients

The ingredients to make chicken bread is flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, oil,water, butter, onions, black peper, green pepper ,coriander, olives, egg, chicken,nigella seeds and seasame seeds and lets get started.

Step One

First put 2 cups of flour in a bowl.Then put 1 and 1/2 TSP of yeast.Next put 1 and 1/2 TSP of sugar.After put 1 TSP of salt.Finally mix all of these ingredients together and make it well.

Step two

Then put 1/4 cup of room temperature milk.Next pour 5 to 6 TBSP of oil. After put 5 to 6 TBSP of warm water.Then mix it and you are almost done making your dough

Step Three

Then cover the dough and leave for 1 and 1/2 hour in a warm place and when it is 1 and 1/2 hour,knead it again.Then let it rest again for 30 minutes.

Step Four

First put 2 TBSP of butter in a wok.Next put 2 TBSP of chopped onions.Then remove the wok from the stove.Then pour 1 cup of milk and then mix it.Then put back the wok on the stove and then add 1/2 TSP of black peper and also add 1/2 TSP of salt.After add the boiled and shreded chicken.next add 2 TBSP of coriander and add 2 TBSP of green pepper.Finnally add 2 TBSP of olives and mix it all together and now you are done cooking your chicken and vegetable.

Step five

Take your dough and flattened it and make a oval shape and put the chicken and vegetable in a line in the middle and cut lines horizontal and don't cut the bottom or the top.then make crosses with the stripes you made and when you are done, take a bowl and put 1 egg and pour some milk and mix it together and take your cooking brush and dip it in the egg and milk which you made and spread it on top of the chicken bread.After add nigella seeds and seasame seeds.

Step six

preheat the oven 180°c.bake the chicken bread for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°c and now you are done making the chicken bread.
