Problem Statement
- Globalization uses up finite resources more quickly which lead to exploitation of natural resource. where the rate of consumption is increased from 0.5 Billion of metric tons to 4.5 Billion of metric tons from the last 20 years in that WRI (World Resource Institute) looking to balance the rate of consumption to average level of 1.5 Billions of metrics tons which secure the resource for future (Approx. for 100 years).
Overview of Globalization
- Globalization is a process by which the people of the world are united into a single society and functioning together.
- In India the process of globalization started in 1991 through the adoption of the policy of liberalization, privatization, globalization (LPG)
- Considering the entire globe as a single market.
- Operation & planning to expand business throughout the world.
- Erasing difference between domestic & foreign market.
- Buying & selling of goods & services from any country.
Conclusion
- In this Technology effect more use of resource exploitation. Increased consumption leads to an increase in the production of goods, which in turn puts stress on the environment.
- Globalization causes rise in pollution level-The amount of fuel that is consumed in transporting these products has led to an increase in the pollution levels in the environment.
- The solution that can provide to this problem is to arrange country wise centers seminars, presentations, panels and the other educational activities would be very useful.
