Rick Riordan - Writing styles

Rick Riordan is a fantasy-fiction novelist with more than 18 books. His works are mythology oriented and has written novel series on Greek, Roman, Norse and Egyptian Mythology. He is most famously known for his Percy Jackson series.

Writing Style

Rick, because of his domain of book topic, is unrivaled in the fantasy-fiction world. Still he has a peculiar writing style. He perfectly blends the modern ways with ancient myths

Rick knows how to link his different series. He creates suspense making the reader to excited to read the next novel. According to him, he leaves some questions unanswered for his fans to imagine the answers, but the critics see it like a failure that he must have left those loopholes in his writings. Also he very briefly touches moral values in his books. He has included characters from all cast, color, and gender, thus doing justice to people from all walks of lives.
