This one gives some nice tips on active coping as we adjust to the new normal.
QAR stands for Qualification Achievement Rates.
Each year the ESFA produce data calculating the achievement rates for each provider.
It is one of the key measures the ESFA contract team use to measure performance as a provider.
They set a minimum standard each year: for 18/19 it is 62% - any cohorts below this may trigger an intervention from the ESFA.
FI Limited is actually pretty close to the national average qualification achievement rate for 18/19. Crucially we are above their benchmark of 62% so no ESFA investigations!
NOTE: when you drill down into the Accounting and Finance subject area the national achievement rate is 60% which we are smashing at 64/6%!
This article from FE week offers a bit more information around the national Qualification Achievement Rate if you are interested in reading a bit further.
