Objectives:

  • To synthesize and utilise an Oman biomass based novel plant growth media for hydroponic food production.
  • To identify the optimal conditions for maximum food production under controlled environment.
  • To integrate smart irrigation monitoring systems in the hydroponic technology.
  • To investigate the application of 3D printing for green house growing system components
