Liu Bang did quite a lot for China and The Han Dynasty but his biggest contribution was there protection against the northern invasion, and expansion and strengthening of the Chinese army. He also ordered the reduction of field taxes levied on the peasants and for the armies to go back to farming. Because of his strong leadership and effective measures, the economy recovered quickly and stability returned to the society.

Qin Shi Huang also did lots for China and his dnyasty ( Qin Dynasty) but tjhe biggest thing he did is the unification of Chinese writing after he unified China.( Unfiy is when something becomes united) This is why the Chinese characters/writings are the same throughout China even the pronouciation of the words. He also reformed politics, economy and culture. In politics, he abolished the prevoius system and established his own more civilized system.

In my opinion i think Qin Shi Huang made a bigger impact on china. Not only did he bring ancient china together and unite everyone but by doing that it formed todays chinese languge and charcters that around 16% of the worlds population either learn or speak fluently. He also reformed the politics of ancient china, many say liu bang did the same but as quoted by others "Qin Shi Huang did all the dirty work and Liu Bang just picked up his leftover peices".
