I just wanted to let you know we plan on establishing a charter Toastmasters club among the brods and sisses. You may be familiar with it but it's a global communications/public speaking and leadership skills development organization.
Aside from personal and professional growth among the individual brods and sisses, we were hoping we could use the Toastmasters platform to bring a little formality and professionalism in our alumni organization as well as develop more leaders in our ranks as well as the residents.
In lieu of this, I wanted to personally invite you to be part of the charter members if this is of interest to you. Given our busy lives, we just intend to meet at least once a month online. Eventually, we hope to recruit more brods and sisses so we can all relearn and practice how we used to be leaders in our respective organizations and schools but this time to elevate such in our own workplaces, industries and communities.
Let me know. We would love to have you join us. We just need at least 20 to charter.
