A study done in Harvard School of Public Health shows that soft drinks are the bevrage of choice for millions in America,but sugary drinks increse the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and othe chronic conditions. Although sugar can cause all these diseases there are some ways to prevent them. Some tips are to look beyond the dairy aisle,vget your vitamin D, get active, be careful about getting to much retinol( Vitamin A) and help your kids build strong bones.
