A study done in Harvard School of Public Health shows that soft drinks are the bevrage of choice for millions in America,but sugary drinks increse the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and othe chronic conditions. Although sugar can cause all these diseases there are some ways to prevent them. Some tips are to look beyond the dairy aisle,vget your vitamin D, get active, be careful about getting to much retinol( Vitamin A) and help your kids build strong bones.

1. Soda has a very high amount of calories, mostly coming from sugar. People who drink soda on a regular basis tend to consume more calories each day than those who do not, and typically experience weight gain. Drinking two cans of soda per day can lead to a 2 lb. weight gain over a month. The consumption of pop has been linked to a variety of diseases including pancreatic cancer, diabetes, asthma, and heart disease.

Social Justice issue is when there is an inbalance of equality in any aspect of society.

- The obesity rate went up from 15% in 1972 to about 33% in 2012 in the USA. Which was the highest rate out of every country
